I use an integrative approach to include traditional, mindfulness-based and creative counseling techniques (dance, art, movement therapy). I have over 16 years of experience working with individuals and families.
Dancing Mindfulness faciltator for GROUPS. An expressive arts experience open to anyone regardless of previous experience with dance, yoga, meditation, or spiritual practice. Various forms of music are incorporated for this liberating experience. Includes an Expressive arts component utilizing art, poetry, and writing to share inner feelings.

Expressive Arts Classes for Groups
Participants will utilize dance, journal entries, art making, poetry, and/or other creative methods to express their inner thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental environment. Class size is limited and group sessions/costs will be based on supplies used for class (cost usually $20-$30 per person depending on supplies).
