I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you reframe your negative thoughts and behaviors into healthier alternatives. I also use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you process and move past unhealthy beliefs.
I want to help dispel the stigma of mental health and it’s treatment, and I do so by creating a safe place for my clients where they feel seen and understood.
