Neurofeedback therapy has been here since the early and mid-1900s. Neurofeedback utilizes qEEG, attaching electrodes, measuring brain waves, and train the brain like a muscle. Our major step is connecting your brain to electros to understand your brain map better. We create a protocol based on that information.
Although we are big believers in traditional talk therapy since we are a group of mental health therapists who implement it, the truth is one size doesn't fit all! We work with many disorders as well as with neurodiverse children and adults.
