In my approach to therapy I emphasize mindful here-and-now awareness, bringing all parts of ourselves - thoughts, beliefs, and emotional and somatic feelings - into the change process. I use neuroscience-informed interventions to help you create new experiences in and outside of sessions which can help you change how you live and feel every day.
