I work with people to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles to achieve a sense of happiness and connectedness in their lives. I am trained in a wide variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor my interventions to each individual patient's needs, personality and strengths. I am equipped to help people with various issues, including those haunted by psychological trauma - childhood abuse and neglect, sexual assault, domestic violence, and near death events.
Much of my experience has been with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I am comfortable integrating a range of experiences including race, gender, sexual identity, spirituality and class identity.
Choosing a therapist can feel daunting, but it's a worthwhile task once you find a good fit. Nothing is off limits for discussion in therapy and simply finding a safe space to talk is a huge relief for most people.
