I am here for you, for the person who is struggling to get out from under the cloud of anxiety, depression, or that feeling that you just aren't "good enough". I am here for the parent who is struggling with how to manage, and for the child who has trouble regulating their emotions. We have all been there, even therapists. I come from a place of compassion and understanding, ready to meet you where you're at and find out what works for you to heal and grow.
I truly enjoy working with a variety of clients, it keeps my skills sharp and my days engaging. I see ages 5 and up and work with issues from anxiety and depression, to school refusal, trauma, and parenting issues. I am certified in perinatal mental health and the love work. I am also trained in EMDR and consider it a passion and speciality.
I practice mindfulness personally and professionally, it shows up in all my work with clients. Whether it is meditating in session, or just increasing mindful awareness of our thought process and it's impact on our lives, mindfulness is a central part of what I do.
