Hi, I'm Abby! My passion for treating eating disorders and OCD comes from my own journey to recovery. I love working with people that want to make change but are struggling with where to start. If you struggle with intrusive thoughts, ruminating thoughts, find yourself on an endless cycle of diets or hating your body, labeling foods good or bad and feeling guilty after you eat, or are struggling with understanding what thoughts you can believe and which ones you can't...then you came to the right place! I believe whole heartedly that you can recover from these disorders, and I am passionate about helping others do just that.

I'm trained in CBT & ERP which are the leading evidence based treatments for eating disorders and OCD. I also operate through a harm reduction lens where the goal is to make small, realistic changes at a pace that you are comfortable with. I am a HAES, non-diet provider because I believe all bodies are welcome and deserving of care in the pursuit of health.

I truly understand how scary it is to make changes when you don't know what those changes will lead to, but understand it will be uncomfortable regardless. Although there is a lot of unknown in treatment and recovery, what you should always be able to count on is a provider that is there to walk through it with you!
