If you feel that life has become unbearable, unmanageable or something just "isn't right" about your current situation, you're in the right place. I'm here to understand you, fully. I am here to embrace you as you are, without judgement and with reverence to what got you here today. My goal is not to "help you" as much as it is to give you the tools, support, empathy and understanding you need so you can not only "help yourself", but become your truest self.
I use motivational interviewing to get a picture of who you are; the holistic you, in mind, body and spirit. From there, depending on where you are and what your goals are, various interventions are used, based on what those goals are and what you're looking to accomplish. All the while keeping up with the week to week "stuff" of life.
The fact that you're here, looking for a therapist, is such a sign of strength. It means that you're ready to embark on the therapeutic journey once again, or perhaps for the first time.
