Relationships, Self-Esteem and Self-Identity
Ongoing for over 30 years, this eight member, male and female balanced group is an excellent way to resolve how issues of identity, depression, anxiety can effect relationships. Confidence in yourself is the main focus, in and out of relationships. Our format is Irving Yalom's gentle existential encounter alongside cognitive behavioral techniques to make new attitudes and behaviors automatic. We laugh, cry, sometimes yell (only when necessary) and in this way practice and personalize upgrades to our relationship with our self and others. My specialized group facilitation training and years of experience have earned my groups extremely good reviews.
