I work primarily in medication management, but I also really enjoy talking about how brains work and how to work with them to help people feel more satisfied with life. I have particular interest working with individuals around issues of ADHD, addiction, disordered eating, chronic psychosis, depression, generalized and social anxiety.
My educational background includes degrees in psychology and nursing from UMN and completing my MSN at UND. I have 10+ years of experience in mental health and 6 years as a prescriber, with ANCC board-certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
I try to provide an engaging environment and talk with clients on a personal level. I feel like I work best with people who feel stuck and are willing to learn about how our different brains work with and against us. My personal goal is to see more people free to live their lives more on purpose.
