Hi there! I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. I deliver high-quality medication management, and brief supportive therapy, to children, teens, and adults who are experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD and trauma-related disorders. My clinical experience working with diverse populations, as well as my identity as an Indian-American Christian, informs my inclusive approach. We will build a therapeutic relationship that honors YOUR unique identities and worldview.
I provide medication management and brief psychotherapy using an approach that's trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, and evidenced-based. My philosophy of practice centers on a caring and collaborative relationship where we work as a team to address issues that are holding you back from living fully. Sessions are offered both in-person and via telehealth.
We all have struggles and it takes strength to seek support. I'm proud of you for doing so.
