Dr. Dugger completed his BA at the University of Miami and his MD at the State University of New York’s Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Dr. Dugger did his residency and fellowship training at Northwell Zucker Hillside Hospital and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine affiliated Bronx Care Health System where he was Resident of the Year and Chief Fellow. He also performed extensively cited research at Columbia University.
Initial evaluations are comprehensive psychiatric evaluations where diagnosis, treatment and referral recommendations may be made. If appropriate, psychotherapy may be provided or referrals made to skilled clinicians. Psychiatric prescriptions provided only if indicated and prescription of controlled substances avoided if possible.
