I am a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been a NP for over 8 years and a RN for 18 years. I have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Nurse Administration/Leadership, a Post-Master’s Certificate as a FNP, and Post Master's Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health NP. I have a passion for teaching others about health and wellness and incorporate functional/integrative medicine with each patient interaction. I work with patients providing them tools and skills necessary in their personal life which enables them to live a healthier life.
In my practice I use the art and science of modern psychiatry to help individuals thrive. I am also a consultant to executives and business teams. My clinical services include comprehensive assessment, consultation, medication management, and psychotherapy. I provide psychotherapy +/- medication and prefer to abstain from medication only approach.
In my person-centered integrative approach, I work with each client to develop an individualized wellness plan that addresses your symptoms. While I do prescribe medications, I also like to focus on positive lifestyle changes to enhance your mental and physical well-being. I am only seeing adults at this time (18+ up)
