I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing from CSU Fullerton, CSULB, & CSULA, a Master's in Psychiatric Nursing from Columbia University, and Bachelors degrees from Villanova (Psychology) and SUNY-Stonybrook (Nursing). I offer person-centered, trauma-informed care, specializing in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and psychopharmacological medication management. I use integrative treatment strategies that are individualized, healing-centered, and evidenced-based to help people manage symptoms with medication management, supportive therapy, and holistic alternative approaches.

With 20+ years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals 14 years old and older who have anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, bipolar spectrum disorders, trauma, PTSD, and/or sleep problems achieve improved and stabilized moods by combining prescription medication with holistic alternative approaches in an integrative way.
