I graduated with honors during my master’s program in college. I am a trained Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that enjoys helping people reach their mental health goals. I am trained and see patients that require grief and loss counseling, ADHD dx & mgt, Schizophrenia, depression & anxiety, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder dx & mgt. etc.
I am dedicated to offering a mind-body experience. I enjoy helping my clients appreciate the “whys” of life. Why is this happening? Why am I always depressed? Why am I not good enough?
