As a Chicago native, I understand how the noise and distractions of the city can easily mask the storm brewing on the inside of us. When it is time to face ourselves, it can be difficult to know where to begin. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I want to partner with you on your journey to healing. I received my doctoral degree from Rush University and I have over 5 years of experience with child/adolescent and adult mental health disorders.
I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner to help those who may struggle with asking for help, and to normalize mental health care and therapy in communities that may be more resistant to seeking treatment. My goal in medication management is to help you develop a treatment plan that best fits your individualized goals.
As your provider, I will ensure to empathize and understand how social, emotional, physical, spiritual and financial factors impact your mental health and help you reach your goals.
