In addition to providing medication management and therapy for several mental health conditions, I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, and bipolar disorder.
Adopting a holistic approach to diagnose and treat various conditions thorough assessments are performed to unravel what may be the cause of conflict and distress leading to mental imbalance. You will have an empathetic ear and receive an empathetic approach to treatment to maintain and achieve stability and balance.
Life is often unpredictable and can lead to feelings of being overwhelmed. Though circumstances may be out of our control we can develop new life skills to cope with challenging life situations. Through psychotherapy and medication a lot of overwhelming situations can be well managed to lead to successful and satisfying living.
