I help people who want to move beyond symptom relief and towards optimal well-being; who aren’t certain whether medication is right for them but know they could be feeling better than they currently do. I collaborate with my clients to co-construct a treatment plan that aligns with their needs, values and desires.
I integrate medicinal approaches (natural and synthetic) with talk therapy, functional lab testing, mind-body therapies, lifestyle and nutrition coaching. I work with my clients to provide relief from their symptoms and to identify and correct root causes. My approach is compassionate, participatory and person-centered.
We are much more likely to benefit from treatment in which we feel personally invested. That is why I equip my clients with the information they need to make personalized decisions about their treatment.
