ElroiMHS is a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ supportive office. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) qualified to practice psychiatry, diagnose, treat, and prescribe up-to-date psychiatric medications across the lifespan, ages12-99. However, we are currently focused on clients 18 years and older. We are here to provide a chance for you to get through life with positivity and greatness within yourself.
We provide a client-focused, faith-based approach that will give clients greater responsibility in treatment, decisions and planning. ElroiMHS specialties include ADHD, MDD, GAD, PTSD, Bipolar and more. We also offer Gene Testing for clients with difficulty finding the perfect medication. We are here to help you be a better you one day at a time.
