We all have a story, what's yours? I believe that we are all shaped by what we have experienced, been through, and accomplished. My practice name is Mythos Behavioral Health because "mythos" is the Greek word meaning "a set of stories relevant to or having a significant truth or meaning" or "A recurring theme". My ideal client is one who is open to sharing their story as part of the healing process. By understanding how you got to where you are, we can move forward to where you want to be. This applies to all people regardless of age, sex, or diagnosis.
I offer medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both via telemedicine for individuals living in Arizona. I tend to use humor combined with CBT techniques for therapy. I describe my prescribing practices as being the Goldilocks approach: Not too much, not too little, just the correct amount.
