10+ years experience. trauma informed. Well versed in managing psychiatric conditions such as bipolar, depression, psychosis, ADHD and substance abuse. With my teaching background, I teach you new strategies and help you learn about your diagnosis. This eventually leads you to create new connections with yourself and others around you.

I help you control your symptoms with medications and help you learn strategies on how to manage your symptoms. Medication management is not considered a lifetime path, we reevaluate your symptoms and progress overtime and decide accordingly.
