Borderline Personality (BPD) Therapy Groups
Look here for help with borderline personality in Virginia (VA), BPD issues or for Virginia (VA) borderline personality disorder. BPD treatment or BPB counseling may include dialectical behavior therapy or DBT Therapy Groups in Virginia (VA)). DBT has been developed as a form of counseling specifically to treat BPD. Antidepressant drugs and mood stabilizers may be helpful for depressed and, or, labile mood. Antipsychotic drugs may also be used when there are distortions in thinking. See Borderline Personality. Virginia (VA) Support Groups and Group Therapy
Group therapy takes many forms. The groups are variously referred to (often interchangeably) as Virginia (VA) counseling groups, Virginia (VA) support groups, Virginia (VA) mutual support groups or peer support groups, self help groups, stress coping groups, workshops and mental health groups. They are moderated by a professional group counselor, group therapist or group psychologist and generally focus on a specific issue or client profile (e.g. men or women etc).
