Taking that first step to seeking help takes courage, yet the benefits are endless. My goal is to help clients connect with their 'authentic self,' tap into their strengths, and create a meaningful life. As I guide clients, I honor where they are while mindfully challenging them toward change by unearthening blocks and cultivating tools to facilitate emotional growth. I work with adults who present with mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse disorders, women’s issues and complex trauma. I also work with families as part of our comprehensive teen / young adult program.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, Linehan board certified DBT therapist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). I am also intensively trained in EMDR, EFT, AND Matrix Reimprinting. I weave in mindfulness and non-judgment to assist clients in connecting with their truth (wise minds) in order to support them in building their life worth living.
My intimate, boutique style practice affords my client's a safe and nurturing place to heal. Working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals provides my clients endless options and affords them the opportunity to recover through mind, body and spiritual work. I also offer early morning hours to working professionals.

Many of our clients comment on how our women's group has allowed them to no longer feel isolated in their struggles. For many, this group experience is often the first time in their lives that they feel as if others can relate to and identify with the issues that brought them to treatment.

Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group allows you to learn to live your life in a mindful way, by learning skills to help regulate your emotions, handle distress and crisis, and decrease interpersonal conflict. Our skills group is made up of a heterogenous population of clients, as we have found DBT to be highly effective with a wide variety of mental health issues. DBT at the Oasis is facilitated by two psychologists who have both been intensively trained in DBT. We can both attest that we have seen remarkable changes in those who have committed themselves to this experience.
