My passion is to help people find balance and joy in their life. Many people get overwhelmed with the complexities of life and have a hard time juggling work, family, friends, spirituality, and hobbies. I prefer to take a holistic, life-coaching approach to instill belief in fixing the imbalance in our lives which causes anxiety and/or depression. I also enjoy helping people affected by ASD or ADHD to find hope in the healing process. So learning positive problem-solving strategies, relaxation techniques and brainstorming new ideas together helps to promote an overall healthy outlook.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with individuals, couples, and families who may need therapeutic techniques to facilitate effective communication. It is important to me in the therapeutic process to teach people about their temperaments and how the strengths and weaknesses of their personality affect their communication and interpersonal relationships.
