I utilize a relational, humanistic and psychodynamic approach in working with clients. I seek to create the safety of a mutually satisfying relationship whereby clients feel empowered and energized to live their "best" life. I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking personal growth and relationship enhancement. I bring the wisdom of 30+ years of clinical experience along with my own "lived life" including personal struggle and much healing.
I enjoy working with individuals struggling with issues of sexual orientation, partner/spouse conflicts, and anxiety and depression. I also have a personal interest in developmental and attachment issues as related to co-creating satisfying human relationships. I seek to mutually shift any difficult patterns to life enhancing and inspiring ways of Being.
I work primarily from an intuitive and empathic perspective which enhances personal connection and mutuality in the therapeutic relationship. I also use energetic strategies to assess best possibilities for connecting with each each individual client. I seek to demonstrate and create a mutually engaging and satisfying therapeutic relationship for clients.
