After over 20 years as a psychologist, I have moved to a completely online practice. While this format may not be appropriate or comfortable for all people, for many it can be a great resource. The online format for therapy has been shown to be therapeutically effective, and it can be a great vehicle for forming a strong, caring therapeutic alliance that is the basis for future growth.
My telehealth practice can help you with anxiety, depression, and other problems with mood that interfere with your everyday life. If you have difficulties with health issues such as weight management, I have specific techniques to guide you. I strive to meet each person where they are and provide a caring space that can help you to thrive.
