I have a very direct yet gentle approach to getting to know who you are and how best to help you break through barriers and other debilitating problems you may be facing. Sometimes, these problems may be a result of lifelong issues; other times, it may be a result of a temporary change in your life such as divorce, loss, or a recent trauma. I work with you to discover new approaches and solutions for the task at hand. I am not traditional, sometimes mouthy, and a bit wacky at times, but I will walk with you through the process until you can walk alone. My heart does get involved at times because being human is all I know.
Regina has been helping people find healing paths and new solutions for some time now. However, her methods are always finding new ways to grow, heal and lead healthy lives all the time. Passionate best describes Regina. Regina provides coaching, not counseling that focuses on labels and diagnosis.
Regina's practice includes dealing with the “whole” person. She presents many tools and coping skills many do not recognize or give permission to use. Regina provides life coaching and doesn't diagnose or use insurance due to not wanting persons being labeled. Every person is unique in her office and she attempts to make the process somewhat enjoyable.
