The group dynamic allows us to model real-world relationships in a safe space. Group therapy can address a variety of issues, including but not limited to, feelings of isolation, depression and anxiety, anger management, setting healthy boundaries, communication techniques and learning to form sacred bonds. People from all walks of life are welcome in this group. Groups in my practice are mixed gender and intergenerational and people come with varied concerns and therapy goals. With that being said, all members share the primary goal of learning how to strengthen interpersonal relationships.
