For over 15 years, I have worked specifically with trauma related disorders.
I specialize in working with adults who have experienced childhood, relational, or situational trauma, as well as in working with first responders (police/fire/EMT) and veterans. I have extensive training in EMDR (certified), DBT, and Internal Family Systems. I provide individualized treatment by integrating a variety of theories, techniques, and modalities.
As a clinical psychologist, I facilitate understanding of the effects of trauma and how it presents symptomatically, relationally, and emotionally. Through our work together, new coping skills emerge, relationships deepen, work performance improves, and sense of well-being strengthens.
