I see individuals and and also specialize in couples therapy, PTSD, career coaching and spiritual issues. My background as minister, EMDR clinician, business owner and Marriage and Family Therapist (I've been married for 45 years) give me a unique ability to address these problems quickly and efficiently.
EMDR gives me a tool that resolves issues in many areas--PTSD, sports, "stuckness," fear, self-esteem. It is a quick and effective way to shorten therapy and allows healing by utilizing the client's own inherent brain functions.
As the author of "The Myth of Self-Esteem" I find that resolving negative self-esteem beliefs frees people from the hidden beliefs that prevent them from living fully and reaching their goals. Having owned three businesses, I also do career counseling and corporate development in the areas of problem employees, conflict and morale.
