I am EMDRIA Certified and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in EMDR, am trained in Brainspotting, Energy Therapy strategies, and am Certified in the integration of Mindfulness and Meditation in Psychotherapy. I teach calming strategies using HeartMath, mindfulness, and meditation.
