Taking the first step toward a better life can be a daunting task. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that fosters positive communication and understanding, where individuals, couples and families can work though difficult issues and develop healthy, productive coping strategies. I employ techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy to support your work though many challenges life may bring. My office is a safe space for all individuals to work on enhancing their wellness, including those who identify as LGBTQAI.
I provide an open and judgment free environment where all individuals, couples and families are welcome. Some areas of interest include supporting individuals, couples and families coping with difficult life transitions such as grief/loss, trauma, divorce, infertility, substance abuse, coping with special needs.
Trans people or their loved ones are welcomed and encouraged to seek support and a safe place to process and grow in this space. I have supported many people in their recovery from a wide array of life's challenges and transitions in my 20+ years in practice. I look forward to joining many more individuals on their journey to a more fulfilling life.
