I work compassionately with women and college students to overcome trauma, and work through life issues in order to grow beyond perceived limitations. I provide supervision for LCMHC-A's with creativity, patience and a dose of healthy humor! With my 23 years of experience I truly love being a support and guide for those 3000 hours of newness in the field!
EMDR is now a specialty offered at our office and is very effective with both adults and adolescents. Through EMDR, unconscious negative belief's are uncovered but reprocessed into meaningful, positive belief's and new, desirable behaviors.
