Healing Arts is an integrative trauma-informed practice. We create a safe space through non-judgment, acceptance and empowerment. We create community through facilitating workshops, groups and retreats in addition to providing individual therapy. As holistic practitioners, we address the whole person in the healing process: body, mind and spirit. As integrative therapists, we have experience of therapeutic principles and techniques such as IFS, EMDR, Expressive Arts, hypnosis and the 12 Steps, DOT/SAP Evaluations.
We specialize in addiction and trauma. We believe that trauma is the gateway drug. Our ideal client is someone who wants to address an addiction or wants to do deeper healing work. Accepting new clients in-person and TeleHealth. We offer One Day Intensive Therapy for individuals, families and couples.

We offer a 16 Week IFS & Expressive Arts Group for women. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a cutting-edge psychotherapy process and an evidenced based system. The IFS model allows us to understand the complexity of the Psyche and unburden trauma. The group will give voice to your emotional states and mind chatter, the sub-personalities within called Parts: Perfectionist, Angry, Judge, Anxiety, Addict, Procrastinator, Protector, Distractor, Inner Critic. Next group starts in MAY. Tuesdays 6-8pm. Covered by most ins co. Call to set up a pre-screen interview.
