I have training in: problematic porn use, sexual acting out, PTSD, moral injury, and integration of psychedelic experiences. I have other professional experience including: 23 years of experience as a mid-level state manager, and as a Registered Nurse (RN). I am a clinical supervisor for my license type, and use EMDR and hypnosis as part of therapy options.
Many of the people in my practice (especially men) would never consider therapy as an option, but yet, here they are. I too started as a client and have seen many different types of therapists. So I know how awkward it can be to start the therapy process. I work at pace that is most comfortable for you.
