I help support children, teens, adults and parents in navigating these challenges through a combination of individual therapy or family therapy. I can help you and/or your child be able to function at your/their true potential.

I utilize a variety of therapy modalities and techniques, which will depend on the reason that brings you to therapy and personal preferences. The most common modality I use is EMDR, a therapy to treat PTSD, trauma, phobias and a variety of other difficulties.
