The decision to start psychotherapy is significant as it often means that you are suffering in some way or you've realized that what you have been doing is no longer working, and you are seeking change in your life. As your therapist, I will help you find meaning in the connections of your story and the patterns of your relationships, as well as discover and challenge your conflicts, assumptions and limitations. Through this exploration, you will be able to know yourself more deeply and live with more freedom, possibility, joy and self-understanding. My approach is collaborative, warm, and authentic.
I work with adults to address issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship struggles and dissatisfaction in life. I have a particular interest and expertise in working with medical issues (cancer, auto-immune disorders), reproductive health challenges and loss, as well as pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.
My patients find that having a space to make sense of their psychological experience is invaluable in coping with their current life situation. I am currently updating my website, so invite you to reach out with any questions you have about my practice. Thank you.

Infertility Support Group
The struggle with fertility is often a silent and painful journey. Infertility impacts not only your ability to start a family, but also finances, relationships, work and you and your partner's emotional health. Many individuals find themselves feeling lost, frustrated, hopeless, anxious, angry and in despair. Having support during this time is important. This group provides a compassionate space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, and hear about how others are coping with their situation. Connecting with other women who can resonate with your experience can reduce shame and isolation and increase hope and healing.
