Are you feeling anxious/depressed or grieving the loss of a loved one? Have you been diagnosed with PTSD or experienced traumas in your past that are still effecting you today? Are you receiving or have you completed medical treatment for cancer or another devastating illness? As an EMDR, Level II traumatologist, I treat the whole person utilizing evident based psychotherapies/techniques in combination with meditation and other healing modalities. While we navigate your road to recovery, you will learn stress management methods to use in-between therapy sessions. We will work to reframe past hurts/traumas, and plan for a new future.
I provide individual/ group therapy specializing in treatment of: NYPD/FDNY; WTC first responders/survivors (20+ yrs.); complex/ chronic PTSD ; breast cancer ; sexual and domestic abuse survivors; addictive disorders- recovery and maintenance phases, specializing in pathological gambling; teen/college academic & adjustment issues.
I periodically provide support groups for breast cancer survivors, codependency & special interest groups. An evening WTC/PTSD group will resume in September 2021. A Women's PTSD support group is planned for October 2021 and a bereavement group shortly. I provide a no fee bereavement group at a local church. Please contact me for further information.

Moving Ahead: Life After Breast Cancer
A psycho-educational support group for women navigating their recovery from breast cancer. This group will focus on creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including mind/body techniques, with occasional guest speakers. Please call for a free phone consultation.
