You do not need to do this alone. Whether you are struggling yourself or looking for help for your teenager, it is important to recognize that effective help is available. My specialty areas include depression,self harm, relationship problems, stress management and life transitions. I believe that therapy should be more than "venting." I view you as a collaborator in setting concrete goals and working towards positive life changes and growth. I will be a supportive cheerleader, while pushing you to think about your life from a different perspective and to work towards a better version of yourself.
I offer only high quality treatment, supported by research. Treatment is focused on both accepting oneself, while also developing more effective ways to cope and changing patterns that are not working for you. This tends to work best with individuals who wish to be active participants in treatment.
My practice offers concierge level of service and access. All calls are personally answered by me. Established clients are provided with online access to my schedule and same day appointments are available for crises for established clients in most cases. I offer online sessions for any resident of any of the 31 PSYPACT participating states.
