Therapy can help untangle the "whys" and, most importantly, provide evidence-based tools to move you from coping to living.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and am EMDR Certified (an evidence based trauma treatment) . I am trained to work with couples using Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy tools. I also offer a neuroscience perspective, providing an understanding of the brain and why we think, feel and do the things we do.
