I provide both traditional and equine psychotherapy on a small farm in Kensington NH. My farm provides a peaceful non traditional setting. With the Equine facilitated treatment, I co-facilitate sessions with my two horses and two donkeys and a therapy dog. I treat individuals, couples, families and groups . I am a warm and compassionate person who tailors your treatment to your needs and goals. It is my belief most of my clients are unrecognized heroes and I am honored and grateful to be a part of their journeys of healing, growth and change.
With traditional treatment I now also offer EMDR for healing .No horse experience is required if you choose to participate in EAP. I utilize ground activities with the animals as part of treatment. They are co-facilitators for increased self awareness, healing, authenticity, overcoming fears, identifying relationship issues and empowerment etc.
