It is my passion to help people help themselves using a holistic approach to address the whole person. Sometimes we get so caught up in the details of life that we have difficulty seeing the big picture. Counseling can help you get more out of life, help you reach your goals and work through challenges and move forward to create and live the life you desire. Stress, anxiety, phobias, depression and life transitions are just some of the issues that I typically address within my practice.
Hypnosis is a highly effective method to create lasting change. Hypnosis can be incredibly relaxing, efficient and learned by almost anyone. Hypnosis can easily be incorporated into more traditional "talk therapy" approaches. I work with each individual to create the treatment plan which best meets their needs.
I specialize in women's issues including pregnancy, infertility, prenatal and postpartum depression/anxiety, weight issues, chronic pain from Fibromyalgia, PMS, and other chronic diseases. In addition, I teach The Mind Full Body Wellness and Weight Loss Program, which helps women and men transform their body from the inside out.

This program helps take your overall wellness to a new level. Limiting beliefs, self-esteem, stress, sleep, self-care, nutrition, and exercise are among the topic discussed. This is a very interactive class taught in a supportive environment where skills and techniques are demonstrated and practiced together. Each class concludes with a relaxing hypnosis session designed to reinforce many positive healthy lifestyle habits.
