Nashville Behavioral Health offers Intensive Outpatient for those struggling with both mental health and addiction issues. We meet three times per week, for three hours per session. Individual therapy in conjunction is highly encouraged.

Evening time professionals, addiction and mental health intensive outpatient treatment We meet Monday-Thursday and cover many topics to keep you sober! We accept insurance, provide medication management and therapy. We utilize evidence based psychological models that include ACT, DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Our groups are co-ed and are fun as well as life changing!
