Parenting is one of the most rewarding yet challenging jobs that exists. I specialize in helping families thrive. I understand that this happens when parents and children enjoy strong, supportive and nurturing relationships.
I aim to help children, adolescents and adults in the way that best meets each person's individual needs. I am committed to providing emotional support, helping to resolve conflicts, understand feelings and assist in trying out new solutions to old problems.
My training in social work and psychotherapy along with years of experience in child welfare, adoptions, and clinical practice compliment my expertise in infancy and early childhood development. Through consultation and parental education, I help parents better understand themselves and their children. Parents learn and practice new skills in a warm and supportive environment.
