When people stay beyond that brief initial period of basic counseling, we move into long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy to find and remedy the problem's root cause.

The only group of its kind in the region. Whatever your struggles, this group offers expertise and support. For example, you may avoid/procrastinate on things to do to overcome any one or more of: anxiety, depression, or situations around LGBTQ+* topics. We meet every two weeks and group members consistently remark of its value and accept that it is okay to invest in themselves. Please email for more information. *Note: You don't need to be anxious/depressed/LGBTQ+ to join, but must be comfortable around those subjects.
