Groups
Coping with Trauma/A Women's Group
Thursdays 5:00 - 6:30 PM; call for pre-screening if interested. Groups are closed to pre-screened participants, only. Groups run approximately 8 weeks; $30/per each weekly session. This is primarily a Support/Process Group. Participants are eligible to continue to next 8-week session sequence, if interested. Currently offering a women's group, but other gender/age specific groups TBD, as needed. Groups are small; 4-6 person max., ensuring all participants have an opportunity to process issues in session, as needed.

Tools for Anger Management
Weekly, Mondays 5:30 - 7:00 PM; call for pre-screening if interested. Groups are closed to pre-screened - non-court ordered - participants, only. Groups run approximately 8-9 weeks; $30/per session. This is primarily a Psycho-education/Support Group. Interested participants are eligible to continue to next 8-9 week session sequence. Currently offering coed groups, other gender/age specific groups TBD, as needed. Small groups; 4-6-person max., ensuring participants have opportunity to process material in session. Open to anyone wishing to learn better coping skills for managing anger. Certificates of Completion available upon completion of all session material; provided.

Children Coping with Change
Guardians please call to pre-screen your child. Often, children & adolescents struggle with change; due to divorce, separation & blended families - or change of housing, school & peer groups. Session day/time TBD. Cost: $30/session; approximately 8 sessions per group. Participants may continue to next 8-week group sequence, as needed. Consent to Treatment must be signed by legal guardian prior to first session. Open to any child/adolescent experiencing difficulties with change. Additional focus on anger mgt. & effective communication skills. Children & adolescent groups separated by age. Groups are small; approximately 4-6 individuals/group.
