This group offers a unique approach to dealing with anxiety derived primarily from principles from ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. As I am also a psychoanalyst, the work is psychoanalytically informed. If you suffer from anxiety in any of its many forms (anxiety attacks, panic attacks, agoraphobia, phobia(s), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (compulsive checking and obsessive rumination), then this group is for you!
