Being intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, IMAGO, Solution Focused Therapies and EMDR allows me the ability to coach individuals, couples and families how to overcome complex circumstances. Expect to learn tools for improving communication, conflict resolution and managing emotions more effectively.
