My work is guided by therapeutic techniques drawn from psychodynamic principles, attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, and some key concepts of cognitive behavioral therapy. In addition, I believe that our work must occur in a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, respect, and safety.
I have experience with diverse cultural backgrounds facing a wide range of difficulties. Through patience, a non-judgmental attitude, and warmth, I will provide you with the opportunity to practice and develop new ways of approaching those issues that are causing you distress.
