My clients are artists, writers, adoptees, neurodivergent folx, and others ready to embark on The Work. I provide Tailored Therapy to resolve traumatic stress, nurture attachments, and cultivate ways of being that honor Self. Through IFS, EMDR, Safe & Sound Protocol, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and integration, we co-create a comprehensive approach to healing trauma, developing new ways of being. I also see adopted kids & families, for attachment, trauma, emotional dysregulation, identity, and separation.
We co-create holistic insight on attachment, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, identity, and life transitions. Using IFS, EMDR, narrative & art therapies, alongside Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Safe and Sound Protocol, I offer innovative solutions for profound breakthroughs and nervous system regulation.
